ReadMe.txt file for FlagChanges Ver 1.7 RIR 060210

We use this program to mark all changed lines of code with the
developer's initials and the date (Exception: New procedures can have
just procedure line end in comment: New: < FlagChanges flag>
and no individual lines flagged).

Installation:

Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary folder and run Setup.

By default FlagChanges will install into your Startup Group so that it
will start up whenever your PC does. You can drag the shortcut from
there to the desktop if you want to control when it runs.

When the program first runs it will ask you for your initials.

By default FlagChanges will park itself at the top of the screen and
show one row of buttons. You can drag the bottom of the program window
down to show another row of buttons, including Help.

To use the program, select whole lines of code that you want to flag.
Copy to clipboard (Ctrl+C). In FlagChanges, click the "Flag" button.
To "comment out" code, click the ">!" button first. Then swap back to
your program and paste (Ctrl+V) over the still-selected old code.

The other buttons work as follows:
<!	Uncomments commented-out code on clipboard.
Top	FlagChanges defaults to Always on Top. This toggles it off and on again.
Refmt	I use this for e-mails to format the lines to 72 characters.
        Select, Copy, Refmt, Paste.
Exit	End program
Help	Help, plus lets you change initials and Refmt line length.
Save	Saves current screen position. I find top of screen and a bit left
        of centre works best.
